How to Optimize Your Supply Chain and Sourcing Efforts using Optimization Engines

As supply chains become more complex, creating an optimal supply chain is critical. In this session we will explore how optimization engines can help you create more efficient supply chains. In the first part of the session we will look at ways to optimize your entire supply chain using the Oracle Strategic Network Optimization tool as an example of the capabilities one should look for in an optimization engine. In the second portion of the session, we will look at ways that a Sourcing Optimization engine can help you complete more sourcing events, reduce your sourcing lead time and get the results you are targeting.
