Ron Payne
Purchasing Services, Inc.

Ron Payne is founder and chief executive officer of Purchasing Services, Inc., (PSI) a Philadelphia- based professional service corporation.  Ron Payne's began a purchasing career at Lockheed Missile & Space Division of Lockheed Aircraft Corporation and enjoyed increasingly responsible roles in purchasing and manufacturing management at Lockheed Georgia, IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation. Ron's last line- purchasing role was corporate purchasing vice president for Digital Equipment Corporation 1985 – 1990. 

Ron notes the new climate of right-sized enterprises requires more output from fewer resources and the modus operandi of small, mid-size and large companies call for people to work in teams. To help understand and assess team performance. Ron formed an affiliation with Partnerwerks, Inc., who has rights to  Knowledge Team Effectiveness Profile (KTEP) tools to enable the diagnosis, and assessment of team effectiveness. Ron Payne is a certified KTEP practitioner and will share information about KTEP in this session.
