Subroto Roy, Ph.D.

Subroto Roy, Ph.D. is a tenured Associate Professor at the College of Business, University of New Haven, Connecticut USA. He is also 1st Vice President and Program Chairperson at the Connecticut Association of Purchasing Management.

Prior to joining academia Subroto worked for over 12 years mostly as Head of Marketing and Sales for the Indian joint venture of the global liquid foods packaging company Tetra Pak Sweden. He has also been Team Leader Commercial with responsibilities for purchasing, imports and insurance. Subroto has taught, researched and consulted in Australia and Singapore before moving to the US where he established Stratoserve LLC in 2005 to extend his teaching, research and consulting interests.
