Joseph Black

Joseph Black is a Director of Administrative Services for Expense Management Solutions, Inc. in Southborough, MA, a leading provider of strategic advisory services to Fortune 500 companies. With more than 20 years of experience Joseph has successfully developed and implemented process re-engineering and sourcing strategies that have streamlined operations while generating millions of dollars in savings. His areas of expertise include comprehensive reviews of procurement organizations, forms and print management, warehousing and fulfillment, corporate real estate, facilities and portfolio management, design and construction, as well as other areas commonly included under the umbrella of corporate administrative services. 

Joseph graduated with an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He has received multiple commendations of excellence throughout his career and has been named Advocate of the Year several times by regional Minority Supplier Development Councils. Joe is a recognized leader in sourcing and real estate and has spoken for a number of professional organizations including the Center for Advanced Purchasing Studies (CAPS) Best Practices Workshop and the International Facility Managers Association.
