interaction, and unparalleled teamwork.
Some of his recent successes are:
• Reduced hiring cycle time a 98 day average with massive variation to a 14 days
average with nominal variation (an 84% reduction and timely backfill of lost
employees).
• Ensured that variation in market do not negatively impact top line growth
through a comprehensive analysis and restructuring of the integrated life cycle
management process.
• $4.5MM in cost avoidance with corp. legal dept. on trade mark and patent
violations.
• Reduced scrap and rework cost on a traditional production line by 72% (saving
$178,000 per year).
