Stefanie J. Heiter is a principal and owner of HeiterConnect, specializing in the human side of virtual work. Guided by her experience and research in dispersed work, she helps people thrive in the virtual arena. She provides expertise in such areas as leadership and team development for those located in the same place and virtually.

She is skilled at helping teams work through conflict and develop effective communication plans. Stefanie’s clients respect her abilities to listen, assess emotional issues with reason, identify core needs, and generate creative solutions along with the staff support needed to implement them with success. Her efforts result in enriched leadership skills, effective teams, and achievable goals, which are reached in a short amount of time.

Stefanie has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clark University and a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Antioch University.
