Philip Helle, CPIM
Helle Consulting Inc. 

Phil Helle has provided Education and Business Process Improvement programs to Businesses for over 25 years in Lean Thinking, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Supply Chain Management. He is the founder and Principal of Helle Consulting Inc. He has extensive experience in Business Process Improvement Programs for firms ranging from Fortune 100 to Small Privately held Businesses. He has been influential in helping many firms remain prosperous during this period of competitive World business expansion. Phil has created a unique approach to Business problem solving called, “Collaborative Solution Development”
He is a frequent speaker at many Professional Societies’ meetings and conferences. Phil has conducted seminars for a variety of Organizations for many years. He has a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Northeastern University and taught in the Continuing Education Programs at WPI and Boston University. He also graduated from the School of Industrial Management at WPI.
