Susan McGinley

Susan McGinley has extensive operations experience with 17 years in 2 corporations and 4 years as an independent consultant. Ms. McGinley has an MBA from Boston University, a BS in Material Engineering, and an AS in Laser Technology. She currently assists small to medium-size companies achieve their business objectives through assessments, implementations, and development. Ms. McGinley is also an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College and the University of Massachusetts Lowell. As one who loves to share her knowledge and experiences, Ms. McGinley has delivered over 100 sessions on various topics developing both technical and interpersonal skills, with a highly interactive style.
