Brian O'Connor, CPIM 

Brian has over 28 years of experience in the purchasing and materials management field and has held senior level Materials and Purchasing Management positions with companies such as Celestica, Wang Laboratories, Digital Equipment Corporation, and NEC Technologies. Brian is also a past president and Director of National Affairs of the Purchasing Management Association of Boston and is a member of the Southern New Hampshire chapter of APICS. 

A frequent lecturer and speaker, Brian is currently a member of the adjunct faculty of Merrimack College and has over 20 years of teaching experience having also taught for Endicott College, the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and Southern New Hampshire University. He has developed and presented training courses in materials and procurement for the Purchasing Management Association of Boston (PMAB) and for a number of companies including Rexall Sundown, Thompson Financial Services Corporation, Unitor, Serono, Inc. Axion, and GK Chesterton Incorporated. He currently teaches seminars for the Purchasing Management Association of Boston in the areas of Purchasing Fundamentals, Negotiation, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Procurement as well as instructing both APICS and ISM (NAPM) certification courses.
