Saul Pilnick, Ph.D.
Dr. Saul Pilnick, President and founder of Human Systems Inc., Boca Raton, Fl, is the co-developer of a proven change management technology that recognizes corporate culture as a major force in shaping an organization’s ability to manage change and optimize performance. He has over 30 years of “on the ground” experience in designing and installing change processes in supply chain organizations in various industries in the US and abroad. His concept of merging individual, team and culture power to produce organizational excellence has received widespread acceptance internationally and has brought recognition to him as a leading authority in the science of organizational culture change and leadership development.
As a result of Dr. Pilnick’s approach, organizations are able to create nimble, learning environments able to internalize the rapid business change required by new supply chain strategies. Dr. Pilnick is a well-known public speaker and has published numerous articles on business, culture change management and supply chain efficiency. He has co-authored a monthly column in Food Logistics Magazine and a book entitled, “The Shadow Organization – The Real World of Culture Change and Supply Chain Efficiency.” In February 1999 the Wall Street Journal devoted a two part series to how Dr. Pilnick united two warring cultures after the merger of two food industry organizations.
Dr. Pilnick received his doctorate in Social Psychology from New York University and is listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in Science.
