Susan Spence

Susan Spence has been with UTC for 20 years, both as a procurement and operations professional. While in Operations, she was responsible for one of the key division’s lean / continuous improvement initiatives in both the OEM and Aftermarket areas. She is currently the Director of UTC’s (North America) indirect goods and services supply management team, responsible for 20 categories of procurement valued at over $4 billion per year. 

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytecnic Institute. She has been cited as Purchasing Magazine’s MRO All Star Buyer, and was named as one of New York City’s YWCA Women Achievers in Business. 

Mrs. Spence resides in Durham, CT with her husband and two daughters.
