Ken Therrien
Ken is the Vice President of
Organizational Development for TMSi where he is responsible for building TMSi’s
performance based culture. With over 10 years of experience in high-performing
team building, leadership development and nearly 25 years in manufacturing and
logistics, Ken has been hands on in creating an enriching culture that builds
sustained, caring relationships. By infusing TMSi’s philosophy of the
values-based model, Ken has helped TMSi's success in delivering a workforce
focused on long term results for its clients.
Ken joined TMSi in 2001 after working with Dow Chemical and Nashua Corporation
where he was responsible for leadership coaching, building self-directed work
teams, executing Six Sigma projects and supporting the manufacturing process.
Ken holds a M.Ed. from Plymouth State University; Human Resource Development, a
BS in Business Management from Granite State College, MBTI Licensed
Practitioner, Six-Sigma Black Belt, and is a member of ASTD.
