Karen Weinstein-Millson
Karen Weinstein-Millson has 20+ years of
practical experience in all facets of supply chain management, operations,
contract management, and training and development. Her areas of expertise,
developed through managerial positions in medical and technology companies,
include organizational development, managing and strengthening supplier
performance, negotiation, and supplier evaluation and appraisal. Karen has led
all aspects of material management teams, managed diverse supply bases in
support of global manufacturing, and coordinated procurement and cost management
programs. Currently, as Vice President for Natick, Massachusetts-based Boston
Scientific Corporation, Karen is responsible for developing long-term approaches
to procurement that integrates sourcing efforts with manufacturing operations,
research and development, and quality.
